Returns Policy
Unless stated otherwise, you may return “only” new, unopened items within 15 days of receiving your original order for a store credit in the form of a virtual gift card (minus shipping cost). Shipping costs are not refundable for any returns. You should expect to receive your store credit within three to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in most cases you will receive a store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to issue the store credit (2 to 4 business days). If you need to return a new and unopened item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your store credit once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Part of GreenBeauty's mission is to provide you with high quality, sanitary products that produce results. With that said, our return policy will insure that we are upholding this mission.
